The UBR is where you will go to unite with one BILLION people breathing together synchronously by November 11, 2012! The Universal Laughter Room (ULR) - LIVE
Born on 08/08/08, The Universal Laughter Room is a LIVE room in which, as you laugh with the laughter audio going on in the room, you are laughing with everyone else logged in from around the world at the same time. You are being asked to allow yourself to laugh. This is not a fake laughter but rather a soul laughter. Using the laughter audio in the room, simply allow yourself to begin laughing. You will be surprised at how the contagion of laughter that you’ve always known is present and ready to serve you. Numerous studies have been done to prove the robust health benefits of laughter. There is even an entire system of yoga called Laughter Yoga dedicated to it. Here you can practice it daily! Simply click on the globe in the upper right portion of the screen once you are in the room and notice how many people you are laughing with and where they are from. Fun and healthy for you, your family and the planet at large.

The M.A.S.S. Rooms
M.A.S.S. (Multiple Awareness SimultaneuS) Rooms are experiential breathing Rooms in which there is a single intention inspired into every breath at an even, slow five breaths per minute.
To get the most benefit from these Rooms, you simply must tap into the feeling tone of the intention you are celebrating as the word comes towards you on your screen. Pay attention to feel what the word means to you in your heart rather than to think it. Ignite that feeling with whatever level of intensity you wish and as you breathe the intention in and out. Realize that you are benefiting your health and wellness and that of the entire sphere of consciousness around you.
We are One and therefore as we think as One, feel as One and Do As One, we will be sharing in a grid of energy that we have built collectively. As more and more people share in the consciousness that these Rooms provide, you will undoubtedly feel it. Join in these ‘LIVE’ M.A.S.S. Rooms and share in the expansion of consciousness.

Born on 07/07/07, The Universal Breathing Room is a LIVE room in which you breathe synchronously with the orb on the screen – while doing so, you are breathing in exact unison with everyone else logged in from around the world at the same time. Breath moves energy throughout the body as we breathe in and out. When we as a human race do this together, we serve our own wellness while experiencing our inherent Oneness that is often under observed in our fast-paced world.
The Universal Om Room – LIVE
Born on 09/09/09, The Om Room is celebrating the great cosmic sound of Om around the clock, non-stop. When you enter this LIVE room you will exhale first, inhale a breath and exhale it on the sound of Om. As you resound this sound synchronously with the audio in the room, you are simultaneously singing Om with people from all races, colors and creeds. The cosmic sound of Om has been used by the yogis of India for centuries. Although widely used by the Hindus, Om is not religious at all. It has been said to have multiple meanings. It represents all three powers of the Universe: creation, sustaining and destruction. It has been said that if you stood back very far from the world and could hear all of life happening at one time it would resemble the sound of a large Om. It has sometimes been spelled aum to show the three phases of the sound. ‘aah’ which happens silently on the inhale representing creation, ‘om’ which is the first sound heard, representing sustaining and ‘mm’ finishing the sound and representing destruction. Holding a thought, intention or feeling and resounding the cosmic sound of Om will increase the amount of energy behind that thought, intention or feeling manyfold. You can also sit quietly and listen to the sound and allow it to assist you in clearing your mind. One undeniable fact about resounding the Om is how it makes you feel. No matter what you think about it, try it and then decide for yourself how this room can best be used in your life.

13 Grand Intentions Room
Breathing at a deep, slow pace of five breath per minute, your next thirteen breaths will be synced up with the 13 Grand Intentions. You will progressively breathe one intention per breath as the 13 Grand Intentions appear on the screen one after another. We recommend that when you see the word come towards you on the screen, feel the tone of that intention with your heart and allow your whole body to experience each intention. Take note of how you felt before this exercise because it has been known to have profound effects. When these 13 Grand Intentions were first gathered on paper for the DoAsOne project, they were Divinely gifted in this order. This experience will show you why.

The Balancing Brook
Alternate nostril breathing has been used by yogis for centuries to balance the energies of the right and left hemispheres of the body and mind. Did you know that you can breathe better through one of your nostrils most of the time? This is because your dominant nostril will switch every three to four hours. The right and left nostril are separately wired to the right and left sides of your brain and represent the male and female energies in the body respectively. The right nostril is increasing your Sun or male energy and the left nostril is increasing your Moon or female energy. Automatically your body knows which type of energy you need more of and it makes the switch for you. However, when you take the steering wheel and consciously mechanize your alternate nostril breathing, you bring about a balance that you created yourself. Whether you believe in what it represents or not, the feeling of balance that is achieved is evident.
Take your right hand and fold in your middle three fingers leaving the pinky and thumb outstretched. After exhaling and when asked, take your right thumb and close off your right nostril by closing it from the side. Inhale through the left nostril. Let go of the right nostril then using your pinky, close the left nostril and exhale out the right nostril now open. When instructed to do so, keep your pinky there and inhale through the right nostril. Then release the left nostril and use your thumb to close the right nostril again and exhale out of the left nostril. This repeats and with each round balance is achieved more and more.

Custom Breath Pacer (CBP)
The Custom Breath Pacer (CBP) is a room that is here to meet you wherever you are with your breathing abilities. Even if you’ve never taken the time to sit down and take a few conscious breaths, now you can set the Custom Breath Pacer at a breath flow that is just perfect for you and sit back and enjoy as the orb leads your breaths for awhile. You will notice that as you do this exercise more often you will start to slow down the CBP and take deeper, slower breaths. You can even sit quietly and use the sound of breath to relax you.

The Triangle Flow
The Triangle Flow Breathing Room allows you to create a breath flow that is used to bring focus and clarity while following the diagram of an equilateral triangle. First you inhale a count of seven, hold the breath in for a count of seven and then exhale for a count of seven. The three even counts of seven make a triangular flow. This flow brings about focus and clarity, calmness and tranquility after just breathing for a few minutes but feel free to go as long as you like.

The Square Flow
The Square Flow Breathing Room allows you to create a breath flow that follows the diagram of a square. Breathe even counts of inhales, holds, exhales and holds until a rhythmic flow is achieved. After dissolving any excess energy, the evenness of The Square Flow has been found to create and maintain balance in the body temple.

The Full Spectrum
The Full Spectrum Breathing Room uses color therapy coupled with breathing to stimulate the entire spectrum of energy within your body. Choose whether you want to breathe in one or three breaths per color and then sit back and calmly receive a mind, body and spirit full-spectrum boost.

The Activation
The Activation Breathing Room features a breathing rate that allows you to energize and fully oxygenate your body and all its systems in a short time. Simply choose the length of your activation session and go for it. This exercise works as a powerful anti-oxidant as it removes impurities from the blood and moves excess CO2 out of your body. Some people call it coffee without the coffee or chi without the tea.

The Calm
The Calm Breathing Room starts at a calming pace of five breaths per minute for one minute and then slows you down even more into a breathing rate that relaxes you and allows you to sink into a state of calmness and relaxation, which releases stress and allows your body, mind and soul to experience peace.
